Hi, When I check the security logs Caller Computer Name: is empty i know why it is empty its because user used his id on smart device. Is they anyway I can check which device user used to check email or something which now has saved user details. Mac users AD account lock out. I have a user who is rapidly spinning out of control and losing her mind. She swears she has never used a computer other than her laptop, but her account in AD keeps getting locked out.
Every single one of the log entries shows the 'computer caller name' as blank which is extremely unhelpful.
Any suggestions on how to proceed with this? She claims she has never signed into anything using AD with her iPad/smart phone or used another computer.
What would you do? Run a sniffer on the domain controller? Any suggestions?
